You can also find cholesterol level information on a food's nutrient details page. The quantity of nutrients provided is based on 100 grams of each food, and further nutritional details can be viewed for each item.
How to Get Household Measurements of Food:
To see household measurement units for any food item and access its complete nutritional details, please follow these steps:
- Select any food item on the foods listing page to view its detailed description and full nutrient breakdown
- On the detailed nutrient view page, click on the large rectangle (please refer to the third screenshot above) and select the required measurement (some foods may have only one measurement option), which will then be displayed in the rightmost column
The data has been meticulously selected from the extensive database of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which contains a substantial amount of data on over 8000 foods.
